Twice during the month of October, Excell CEO David Shapiro along with Roni Leeds and Cosette Gibson-Pfaff were the featured facilitators for round table discussions at the Center for Advanced Manufacturing Puget Sound (CAMPS.)   The topic was recognizing the difference between management and leadership or, “doing it right” or “doing the right thing” and making sure that leaders tapped into the skills they needed to smoothly navigate the continuum.

The goal of the talks was to build increasing awareness about gaps that leaders might have and provide the leaders with resources to improve their ability to successfully self-assess and develop a plan for learning how to better delegate.
