We were so fortunate to have Jim Hessler present at past Excell group meetings that we were thrilled to hear he was willing to speak again at the upcoming Kitsap Business Forum, which is sponsored by Excell. To prepare for this morning of learning and get additional insight about Jim, please review the Q&A we did with him in advance of our January retreat and the follow up blog he wrote for us about how to stay ahead of the competition by attracting the right talent.
The Kitsap Business Forum will meet on September 13, 7-9AM, at the Silverdale Beach Hotel. Below, please find the information from the press release or click here for a printable flyer. Hope to see you there!
How to Hold People Accountable While Inspiring Them to Greatness
September 2016 Kitsap Business Forum
Silverdale, August 10, 2016—One of the gold standards of great organizations is their ability to create a culture of high accountability, in which commitments are clear and consistently met. However, creating this culture isn’t simple. The Kitsap Business Forum will present a lively, interactive discussion on How to Hold People Accountable While Inspiring Them to Greatness on September 13. Shannon Bruce, Excell Puget Sound, will host Jim Hessler, President and Founder of Path Forward Leadership Development who will teach participants important habits that help make a high accountability culture possible.
Attendees will learn the habits of accountability to help assess personal leadership performance, as well as a contractual model that insures communication about accountability is clear and effective.
The forum is held at Silverdale Beach Hotel, 3073 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale. Networking begins at 7 a.m. and the program starts at 7:30 a.m. and finishes at 9 a.m.
The forum is free to attend. Anyone interested in attending should RSVP to 360-692-6800, or register online at http://KitsapBusinessForum.com.
