In this CEO Tools Workshop, you will learn specific tools and techniques for creating trust and then how applying those skills and techniques is an important part of your role.

SPECIFIC TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES YOU WILL LEARN AND PRACTICE

– Identifying the key essential behaviors of a high trust culture
– Recognizing the symptoms that indicate trust is being blocked or broken
– Delineating 1-3 leaderships practices to build, increase or restore the level of trust in your organization

QUESTIONS THE CEO SHOULD BE ASKING
– What aspects of our company culture (behaviors) are delaying or blocking our productivity?
– Are my actions consistent with what I say?
– Who are the most trusted team members and why?

PREPARATION
– Bring a copy of your current core belief/values, mission and vision statements.
– List any present or anticipated organizational changes (expansion, introduction of new products or services, changes in leadership or workforce size, re-branding etc.)
– Identify an area or work group where there is need for marked improvement.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Marty Palecki is the founder of the Leadership Experience Group, a business consulting and coaching firm. Ms. Palecki has comprehensive senior management experience in all aspects of Human Resources consulting, change management and strategic planning. Presently she works with senior leaders who face critical business issues in cultural change, leadership alignment, and continued growth. Marty focuses on strategic intention, leadership, communication, and leadership development.
