Aaron Schmookler has a passion for finding the intersection between play and innovation, and helping people live and work there. A love of collaboration and of excellence in communication has driven Aaron to build teams and nurture creativity. Businesses and organizations large and small, from Microsoft to neighborhood non-profits have used Aaron’s support to improve communication, increase innovation, and manage conflict on both coasts.
Adam Utley has been working for 5 years to help teams build habits that lead to higher accountability, more fulfillment, and work cultures that inspire people. He does this by training people to practice a language he loves: the language of improvisation. What he’s found in working with business leaders at every level is that this language resonates with all personality types, and that it helps to connect people with their teammates and paves the way for greater results with less effort.
