Leadership is, at its core, about driving change in the organization – in the way it conducts business, in the way it competes, and most importantly, in the way its people are thinking and acting. This workshop will give you an overview of leading change, and to help you understand how to coach your people through change. At the core of this leadership is understanding how to help coach people through the emotions that are always present in a change environment. During our January workshops, our facilitated conversations will be about creating the right climate for change that will get people on board and moving towards the future.
