Each Member experiences monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with their Group Leader that focus on strengths and weaknesses identified in the initial diagnostic/assessment and/or a current business issue. Group Leaders challenge and hold Members accountable to work, from session to session, on their commitments and make progress on their issues. Executive Coaching with Excell Group Leaders encourages Members to stretch and grow, practice new tools, and experience being challenged.
