ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS
Excell Members have Accountability Partners within their groups that:
- Foster deeper relationships within the Excell community.
- Provide an additional, inter-Retreat coaching session.
- Allow for practice of listening, supporting and coaching.
- Experience responsibility without authority.
Excell uses Accountability Partners as a structure that supports Accountability as well as provides a supportive and safe environment for peer CEOs to take risks and make leaps of growth.
