IMPACT has grown since its initial weekend in 2013, and in 2016 our Members were among the 131 registrants. It was an outstanding success; included great panels, workshops, key note addresses, networking, and fun activities.
In addition, it provided another opportunity to build strong business communities in the Puget Sound. Watch Dave Shapiro, CEO of Exell Puget Sound, as he shares his thoughts about the importance of community and how IMPACT promotes it here.
The theme was on “Change” and we were reminded (when our keynote speaker came down with 102 degree temperature), that,
“If the Plan doesn’t work. Change the Plan, not the goal. (Unknown)
So, among resilient leaders, we thought about; “If Plan A doesn’t work, the alphabet has 25 more letters.” (Claire Cook)
Attendees rated the weekend as “Extremely Valuable” and “Would Like To Be Invited, Again”.
