Excell Group Leader Presents at Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber

Earlier this week Excell Puget Sound Group Leader, Cosette Gibson-Pfaff, presented at Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce’s monthly “Lunch and Learn” on the topic of “Customer Service.”  The title of the presentation was “Is High Tech, On-line and Always On, the Magic Bullet?   . . . or Do Customers Just Want Somebody to Give a Damn?”July 16 EIN Cosette Lunch and Learn

Starting with an assessment for attendees of their own customer service culture, Cosette touched on customer service “Do’s” and “Donts” as well as the differentiators and results for organizations to look for when they want to increase customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service.  It was a very lively and interactive session.

Excell Puget Sound, who counts the CEO of the Chamber as one of its South Sound Group members, sponsored the Lunch and Learn.
