About Excell Puget Sound

Excell has formed and managed communities of CEOs since 1988. Throughout the Pacific Northwest, there are nine Executive Member Groups.  We understand business leaders, and we impact billions of dollars in commerce.

Effective leadership is a lifelong learning process. CEOs join Excell because what created their early success may now be holding their company back. They realize that the inherent isolation of their position has limited their exposure to new ideas, plans and new ways of thinkink and performing

Excell is a safe place to learn and grow. What is shared within the Excell group stays there.

Members support and challenge each other.  They can do this because they do not compete with each other In the same markets. Groups are assembled to specifically prevent any conflict of interest or goals. This includes the group leaders. Excell is a forum for the exchange of ideas, not a pipeline for a consultancy. There is no pressure to expand the relationship beyond the program.

Our Members achieve results through rigorous incremental improvement.  They meet regularly like  a high powered board of directors, expand their skills through focused workshops

One-on-one time with a group leader, who is also a seasoned executive asks hard questions and works with the CEO Member to achieve the results that Member wants.

Excell has a long standing presence in the Pacific Northwest with multiple groups in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Collectively, these organizations have:
