Excell Growth CEOs join a specific, unique group of 10 to 13 non-competing top executives from a wide variety of industries. Far more practical than seminars and social clubs, Excell programs provide the concrete content, structure and confidentiality for Members to develop new tools and valuable advisor relationships with accomplished peers.

The Excell Growth program consists of a monthly CEO retreat as well as one-on-one consultation time.

CEO Retreat

Each group meets for a full-day CEO Retreat once a month. The focus rotates on a quarterly basis from your business plan for the year, a CEO Tools Workshop or a roundtable to take skill building to a deeper level.

1. CEO Tools Workshop – In these highly focused and experience based workshops you learn to sharpen some of your existing tools, throw out ones that no longer serve you and develop new ones. Each Workshop ends with a commitment by Members, to take actions that further strengthen what they have learned and to practice a new skill.

RECENT TOPICS

  • Developing ratios and tie together your balance sheet and income statement
  • Building Trust and recapturing it if you lose it
  • Sales readiness: what is your value proposition and how do you effectively convey it?
  • Sales readiness: Creating a sales engine.  How to get none sales people focused on attracting, acquiring, retaining and delighting your customers
  • Business succession and exit strategy: Building a five year checklist and executing on it.
  • Why my managers/employees are not accountable and what to do about it.
  • As times get better…. When they don’t have to work for you…. Will they? What to do about it now?


2. CEO Roundtable: Each of the roundtables relates directly to the previous Workshop. Each Member works directly with the Workshop presenter for a lively and valuable morning of advanced work on the topic of the day.

3. Work Your Plan Day: Members construct accountable business plans to achieve their goals through strategic development of their company and people. Each quarter, Members report their progress toward their top three goals and address what is getting in their way. It is a bootcamp workout where everyone has the opportunity to receive support and take a good hard look at alternative ways to reach success.

4. Current Issues: Every CEO  CEO Retreat includes time to work on specific and immediate issues.

One-on One-Consultations

In addition to the monthly CEO Retreats, each Member  meets monthly with their group Leader, a seasoned executive,  for individual coaching. Much like a personal trainer, the group Leader provides specific guidance and feedback to solve problems, provide resources and enhance a Member’s strengths.
