What sales goals would help me achieve my required profit?
How will I lift sales? How many units, at what margins?
How would pricing changes impact my business plan?
Part 2: Driving Sales With Purpose
What’s my strategy to build sales? More customers, more loyalty, higher average revenue per unit/job? All three?
What activities are the best match for my strategies?
How can I set goals for selling and marketing activities and then measure and track my accomplishments? What should I expect from my sales people?

Elizabeth Andreini will provide a framework for Brand and Client Clarity to help you refine and better know when to expand your consulting “sweet spot”. Not all clients are ideal clients and over the last several years many consultants have been pulled in a variety of directions. How can you determine the difference between being responsive to the market needs versus being pulled in too numerous or dissimilar directions?
Elizabeth Andreini will present a tool that can help you stay true to your brand, prioritize new client opportunities and better understand how to be strategically opportunistic. In this breakfast meeting you will customize your own Clients & Services chart to help you better determine optimal client opportunities and lay the groundwork for more successful engagements that strengthen your professional brand. Dan Weedin will moderate and weigh in on the issue.

In 2011 we focussed on growing your team. In 2012, our Workshop focus will be on sustaining your growth. In January we will concentrate on improving your management skills. In April we will drill down on that topic and go deeper and improve the effectiveness of existing organizational tools and initiatives, in order to reveal additional profitable opportunities and prepare for mergers and effectively acquire companies. In our July our workshop will learn additional financial skills and will focus on acquisition planning. In October of 2012 we will focus on an aspect of sustaining your growth through more efficient operations.
Using experiential learning, we will practice skills in January designed to strengthen your ability to lead your company and develop a new set of skills. Most of you are terrific at doing. You learn quickly and accomplish a great deal. In January’s workshop we will first focus on where you provide value to your company and then begin learning the skills necessary to grow and lead your company as it becomes increasingly complex.
