Excell 100 is designed to meet the needs of seasoned CEOs while making optimal use of their valuable time. The core element of the program is a one-and-a-half day retreat every other month. Each includes a presentation carefully tailored to the group, using top-quality local or regional resources. Then, in an extensive work session, members develop solutions for their business challenges and plans for accomplishing their mission critical business and personal goals. In addition, every month they receive one-on-one coaching from their group’s experienced, professional Chair.
